My battery died so I called for some roadside assistance. After 15 minutes of pushing buttons to get a "live" assistance, she proceeded to ask me all the same questions.

I'm saying "live" agent but seemed dead from the neck up! When I became frustrated, she went from ignorant and uncaring to having a LARGE attitude.

She refused to help me and refused to transfer me to her manager...then hung up.

Unfortunately it is reflective of "big businesses" attitude on hiring customer service reps. Unfortunately for them, they lose business as a result of it (in particular, my business!)

I guess I need more words....ok...it sucked....{{Redacted}}
