I called for a tow service provided all of the necessary information to the representative around 10:15 am Sunday Morning July 22, 2018 while in church because my vehicle quit on my way to church. My daughter called back around 11:00 or thereafter and was told that someone had been dispatched.

I got home from church at 1:30 still no vehicle. Called Allstate and had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking with another dumb person in customer service who said that the order had not been complete. I asked what did she mean if my daughter was told that someone had been dispatched. She then said I can say it a lot of different ways but the order had not been complete and when I sked for a reason she then stated that she could help me get this resolved.

And you would guest she was not. I had to literally spell everything to her. I was placed on a hold and she came back and asked for some surrounding cities and I was placed on another hold. She came back again and said there were no service providers in either places that I provided.

She attempted to say something else I HUNG UP THE PHONE.

I'm PISSED to the 12th power. I would not recommend this service to anyone or at least the two DUMB persons I had to waste my time talking to.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $12345.

Preferred solution: If ALL State seels services it should be able to provide the service.
