Dissatisfied Consumer
I called for towing assistance at approximately 4pm. The dispatcher advised that a tow truck would be at my location in thirty minutes to a hour.
I waited, called dispatch again and i was told that the information was entered but the previous dispatcher failed to dispatch a tow truck. I was advised again that I would have to wait two hours for a towing and that the towing company only tow high end vehicles. After waiting, I received two calls from Allstate inquiring reference the vehicle tow; each time I advised that the tow truck never arrived. At approximately 9pm, again I received a call from a male dispatcher from Dolphin Towing informing me that the tow truck driver was on the scene for a hour looking for me.
At which time, I informed dispatch that was not true because a black male caller informed me approximately fifteen minutes prior to his call that he was enroute to me. During all of this, No one never called me on my cellular number to inform me that the driver was on the scene or in the error (the first tracking showed tow truck arrived at approx 6:30pm) which was not true.
The second tracking never arrived. I walked home and vehicle was left in a none secured area.

I was called at 4 am by Allstate to assist them with a stranded motorist. Understand I am an independent contractor and not in there service provider network,but I went and did the job for them because I would not leave anyone on the side of the road.
This was October 27th 2018 today is December the 5th 2018 and I have yet to be paid for the service that was performed. I have called several times in reference to my company being paid and I have been told several times that the check was processed and mailed to me,but I have yet to receive it.
Now I called again before today on November 29th and was told yet again that the check was mailed on the 29th yet today is the 5th of December and no check so I called ARS this morning and they say verbatim that we mailed your check out on December the 4th Oh not the 27th. So with that being said still waiting

Worst roadside assistance in North America
My wife had a trailer tire blow out on a trip out of town. We have had Allstate insurance roadside assistance which cost about 125 a year for 2 years now and never have used it until this time. So we have already given then over 200 dollars for roadside assistance coverage. My wife called the number on the card and finally got ahold of someone and told them she needed someone to change the tire. We had the spare but just needed someone with a lug wrench and jack to come put it on. Nothing additional was needed. The call taker advised us that someone would be in route shortly.
My wife received a second call a few minutes later from DFW Allstate dispatch who also advised that someone would be in route shortly. So now two different people at Allstate knew we had needed assistance. My wife sat for over 2 hours on the side of the roadway and no one had called her back from Allstate yet so she called them to tell them that she had gotten the tire changed and no longer needed assistance. She was told by the person at their call center that they had just received and email from DFW and the email said they would not be coming out as they did not have the equipment to change a tire. .
Now folks we paid for a road side assistance program and were assured that we would get help if we needed it which was a complete lie by Allstate. these people could not even change a damn tire.
Do not waste your money on these idiots.They are absolutely worthless.
If you need help Allstate is the last Epperson you want to call. Their slogan says, "With Allstate your in good hands". What they mean to say is, "With Allstate your money is in good hands but you my friend are screwed royally".
I also emailed them my story and no one had the intestinal fortitude to write me back. Their call taker I called to cancel my policy was from another country all together and spoke very little English. So your support is outsourced to a foreign country and if you call your giving some foreigner your credit card information so beware of that.
The call taker said she would make it right and give me half of ,my next year when I renewed. I told her to shove that and hung up. Once Again folks Allstate is an absolutely worthless company for roadside assistance.

WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER USED - PAID FOR NOTHING
It took out All State Emergency Road Side Assistance for peace of mind when driving alone in LA as a single female it is scary and unsafe when the car breaks down.
When calling to get my car toed to a garage as it wouldn't start, I was told I have used all 3 of 3 call outs and had non left! My account is brand new and I have NEVER used it.
I explained this and was told 'I can only go by what the system says, and it says you used this service 3 times'!!!! So when asking for the breakdown of when, what car, who etc I was told they don't have that information!!!!! So in desperation when asking the cost and mileage for towing I was also told they don't have that information to hand! WHAT ON EARTH IS THIS SERVICE FOR!!!
So I basically paid for a year coverage for NOTHING. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Poor service and false coverage
Signed up for coverage and was charged on charge card immediately. Received an E mail stating that the coverage started on 11/14.
However when contacting Allstate Motor Club they stated my policy started on 11/07. I called the listed number on the E mail and asked this to be corrected as the E mail I had just received clearly stated that my coverage started today 11/14.
The call center was in India and the communications were poor at best. The final outcome was that they could not (or would not) correct the start date so effectively they have shortened my coverage by a week.
I paid for coverage for 52 weeks and they are only actually covering 51 weeks. This is not acceptable.

Terribly Unreliable Towing Service
BAD SERVICE, BAD COMPANY
I had allstate motor club platinum elite for some 8 years. When I cancelled my account I told them to put "DO NOT CALL" in all caps on my account, though I knew they wouldn't.
During this time I called them once a year on average for the same issue:
They refused to get my address correct. It's still wrong. 8 years of giving them my correct address and they just would not get it right.
Now, I know what you are thinking: oh, so what, your mail goes to the wrong house number. IF ONLY that was the case.
Wrong number, wrong street, WRONG CITY.
The reason I left them? I called for roadside assistance one night when my car broke down on my way home from work (2nd shift, so about 12:30AM).
They said they couldn't help me. AFTER I sat for an hour on the side of the road waiting for them to send someone to tow me. Eventually the cops came and called me a tow truck when I explained the complete failure of my roadside assistance.
Now, for 2 or so years it has been quiet. But today an EXTREMELY pushy salesperson called me and just would not take no for an answer.
Allstate Motor Club SUCKS. They are the WORST. They make Allstate insurance look bad by association. I have tried to lodge a formal complaint internally, but Allstate Insurance sends me to the motor club customer service, and motor club customer service just could not care less. They actually told me to "just ignore calls from our marketing".
If I was Allstate Insurance, I would sever ties with or fire every executive at the Allstate Motor Club.
On top of that, they cost $15/month whereas my Verizon Hum is $10/month and comes with a neat OnStar-type device which is PLUGGED INTO MY CAR! It tells me when I leave my lights on and the battery is draining! Why would I pay $5 more for an inferior service?

I contacted Allstate for a jump start in the said it was gone to take almost 3 hrs. Remind the temperature dropped below zero degrees and my vehicle was so cold.
A man pulled up in the store parking lot in was nice enough to give me a jump. I called and cancelled road side service.
